All India AME Entrance Examination (AIAEE) is a Controlled Entrance Examination System, conducted On- line to select the students for Aircraft Maintenance Engineering – AME 147 (Basic) course admission in Indian Institute of Aircraft Engineering (IIAE), Delhi Group, Unit of Jayanti Aviation Pvt. Ltd. since 2002. AIAEE Entrance Examination Platform will be used for IIAE, Delhi admissions and inclined to select the students for IIAE Branch at Mumbai and Delhi.
The IIAE Entrance Examination is a very high standard test which selects the students for the admission in AME Course, purely on the Merit basis. The Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics questions are based on 12th Class standard to suit the 10+2 Pass and appearing students, who choose their Career in Aviation Industry.
When the AIAEE is conducted?
AIAEE is conducted twice in a year in the month of May and June after the 10+2 Board Examinations on the multiple dates as per the student’s preference. Indian Institute of Aircraft Engineering (IIAE), Delhi accepts admissions through AIAEE Entrance Examination Platform to draw the quality students for the AME 147 (Basic) Training program.
How to apply for AIAEE?
For applying in AIAEE Entrance Examination, one has to apply and register with IIAE, Delhi by visiting its Official Website: www.iiae.in , clicking the Apply Now button &completing the Form with all the required personal as well as Academic informations and making the Payment of INR 1100 as the Registration fee in favour of IIAE, Delhi. Once the Application and payment are completed, the individual is instantly registered and issued with a Registration Number. On the candidate being registered, he/she becomes eligible to appear for the AIAEE Entrance Examination being conducted twice on the multiple dates in the month of May and June every year.
How to download AIAEE Admit Card?
It is important for the AIAEE appearing candidates to download their Admit card for the AIAEE Exam Link, Id and password. The candidate will be asked to submit a copy of AIAEE admit card at the time of Counseling for the purpose of authentication. The AIAEE admit card can be downloaded by following the process as given below:
- Visit the IIAE’s official Website iiae.in and click the Login button and select New Student. Now login by using your ID and password provided by the IIAE Admission cell
- Download Admit card by using ID and password provided by the IIAE Admission cell.
What is the Process of AIAEE Entrance Exam?
Before the Exam, the candidate is shared with the AIAEE Entrance Exam Link for appearing in the AIAEE Entrance Exam. He/she can open the Link by putting his/her ID and password provided by the IIAE Admission cell and appears for the AIAEE Exam. Once they finish their exam, they can submit the same. The IIAE Delhi will prepare the Merit list and the qualified candidates will be asked to attend the Counseling for the admission as per the planned and Prescribed Date- Schedule.
What is the Examination and Counseling Date- Schedule for AIAEE 2025?
The AIAEE 2025 Entrance exam and counseling will be conducted on the dates as given in the tables below:

The Counseling will be done On- line as well as Off- line depending on the choice and suitability of the qualified students.
What Documents and Amount of Fee is to be submitted at the time of counseling?
A fee of INR 30,000 has to be deposited on line by all the qualified students in advance at the time of Counseling. This fee will be adjusted towards the Admission Fee, which is Non- refundable. The list of documents to be submitted at the time of admission is as follows:
- Counselling Admission Selection letter
- Copy of AIAEE admit card
- Copy of Government approved Photo ID/ Aadhar Card (must) self-attested.
- Medical Certificate duly completed and signed by a registered medical practitioner clearly stating that candidate has no colour blindness.
- Five (8) passport size colour photographs of yourself.
- Two (2) passport size colour photographs of your parents.
- Copy of Aadhar Card of Father and Mother.
- Mark Sheet & Certificate of 10th Class pass (Original) and two Xerox Copies
- Mark Sheet & Certificate of 12th Class pass (Original) and two Xerox Copies
- Student/Parent Undertaking printed on Rs. 10/- stamp paper duly signed by student and parent.
